Two New Listings Similar Only in $20m Pricing
Today's market brings us two big-time listings that have little in
common other than their big-time price tags. Up first is a $19.995
million oceanfront contemporary home in Sagaponack. At two
acres, the property boasts ocean frontage, pond frontage, and just
enough road frontage to squeeze in a long, private drive. Up next is a $25
million circa 1895 shingle-style affair on Lee Avenue in East
Hampton's estate section. With only 10,000-square-feet and
2.1-acres, the estate might lack leg room. As such, an adjacent 1-acre
property with a separate 1940s cottage is also available for an
additional $8 million. So which one do you fancy? Update: The
East Hampton spread was
once owned by SNL man Chevy Chase. Go figure.
