If you're more of an East Coaster, New York's ultraposh Bridgehampton, just a few miles east of here, is the location of our last home.

Sitting on 60 acres, Three Ponds Farm is undoubtedly one of the country's finest estates.

Ms. CORCORAN: Thank you.

Ms. BREITENBACH: Welcome to Three Ponds.

This is the living room, also known as the oval room. Beautiful double fireplaces on either side.

Ms. CORCORAN: How high are those ceilings?

Ms. BREITENBACH: Maybe 35 feet.

Ms. CORCORAN: They look like 500 to me.

The master suite--you can see the pond, the pool, the gardens, the golf course from every window--comes with separate bathrooms for him and her.

Ms. BREITENBACH: It's the nicest bathroom I've ever seen. The mosaic tiling is incredible.

Ms. CORCORAN: What would something like this cost? Just the floor?

Ms. BREITENBACH: My guess would be about $100,000.

Ms. CORCORAN: And also includes a custom-built library. With eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, including a private guest apartment, there's plenty of space for hosting friends, who may just receive their own monogrammed bath robe on arrival.
