Q:  What are you most proud of in your career?
A:  What I am most proud of in my career is being the number one broker at my company - first at Allen Schneider Associates for 12 years, and at The Corcoran Group for the past two years.  Many of the top brokers will have a good year here and there, or be in the top ten percent, but to consistently be number one every year is very hear to do and takes a special dedication and talent.

Q:  Is this a good time to buy?
A:  Yes, I do believe this is a very good time to buy.  There are a lot of good deals in the Hamptons right now, with some great inventory on the market.  It is more of a buyer's market, which has led to an increased flexibility with prices, especially when compared to the past few years.  As far as new construction goes, it is a great time to buy because builders with projects on the market are paying large interest payments each month, and are therefore willing to sell at lower prices than in the past.  Most of these builders have purchased the property a few years earlier at fairly good prices, which helps in their ability to be flexible in negotiations.  Many have already lowered their asking prices.  There is no doubt that prices for the new construction will certainly increase if buyers wait until next year to buy.
