Susan's most recent accolades include being the selling broker on the highest land transaction ever in Bridgehampton in 2007 and was named Corcoran's 2008 Mid-Year Exclusive listing broker. 


Susan herself has participated in nearly $1 billion worth of real estate transactions. With Matthew's addition, the duo now consistently lists $300 million plus worth of Hampton's real estate at any given time.
